At Shade Cloths, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Please contact us at info@shadecloths.co.za within 14 Working Days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the parcel. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Return Address: We will provide you with a return address once your request is processed. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped and tracked, as we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If the product meets our return conditions (unused, sealed, and in original packaging), we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 14 Working Days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@shadecloths.co.za with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
